位居高位意味著低姿態
當我們登上了職業階梯的高處時，會開始注意到「階梯底層」的人變多了。由於我們往往更傾向於尊重比自己地位高的人，而較少重視地位較低的人，因此也更難傾聽那些被我們視為在下方的人。
當你的意識層次提升時，你不再只是看到更多「在下面」的人，而是會更加尊重他人，也因此更願意把自己視為服務他們的人。
Standing Above Means Standing Below
As we go “up the corporate ladder”, we start to notice there are more people “down the ladder.” Because we tend to respect those above us more than those below us, it makes it difficult to listen to those we see as lower. As you elevate your consciousness, you don’t notice more people “down there,” you respect others more, and thus you see yourself more as their servant.
